I had requested a late check-out at 4 pm due to a late flight, but unfortunately, there were no available rooms. However, the staff at Courtyard Munich City Center was extremely understanding and accommodating. They allowed us to use a designated area to relax and freshen up before our departure. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and willingness to accommodate guests' needs.

The room was comfortable and clean, brilliant staff, fantastic location, comfortable beds with different sized pillows, recently refurbished with great design and furniture, well-maintained bathroom.
